Of course, we have a test kitchen on site to aid with product development, as well as short-run testing to refine and improve the whole process. Pita Pan Expansion

Pita Pan announced plans to add an additional 100,000 square feet to their current facility. A ground breaking ceremony took place on March 7, 2012 which was attended by Chicago Heights' Mayor Gonzalez and other city officials. The Southtown Star covered the event.
